RECLASSIFICATION

RECLASSIFICATION

Reclassification is a pre-requisite in the processing and issuance of Land Use Conversion Certificate by the Department of Agrarian Reform.

Applicants should have the following documents

  1. Application Letter for Reclassification;
  2. Photocopy of the Original/Transfer Certificate of Title*;
  3. Certified True Cope of the Tax Declaration;
  4. Photocopy of the Current Tax Receipt;
  5. Site Development Plan;
  6. Zoning Certification from the City Planning & Development Office;
  7. Barangay Resolution;
  8. BARC Certification;
  9. NIA Certification;
  10. DA Certification;
  11. C/MARO Certification;
  12. Tenant’s Waiver (if tenanted)
  13. SP Resolution (Reclassification)
  14. If Applicant is NOT the Registered Owner of the Land
  • Duly Notarized Copy of the Contract of Lease
  • Duly Notarized Copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale
  • Duly Notarized Copy of the Contract of Sale
  • Duly Notarized Copy of the Authorization from Registered Owner or
  • Affidavit of Consent

 STEPS

  1. SUBMISSION : Submit all required documents to the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO).
  2. ASSESSMENT : The designated CPDO Staff shall assess the project and issue a payment slip for the payment of Reclassification fee.
  3. PAYMENT : Pay the corresponding fees at the City Treasurer’s Office.
  4. RELEASE : Present the Official Receipt (OR) to the CPDO and wait for 3-5 minutes for the release of the Certificate of Locational Clearance.
